These terms govern your use of Daily Attendance (“the app”), provided by Hustling Madrasi (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and business use.
2. The app is provided “as is”
The app is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
3. Your data and backups
The app stores your data locally on your device. We do not have access to it and cannot recover it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will permanently remove your information.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustling Madrasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
6. No accounts
The app does not require or provide user accounts. There is nothing to register, and no credentials are stored.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
