These terms govern your use of Recall (“the app”), provided by Hustling Madrasi (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with Google or with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it.
2. Your recordings and notes are yours
You own the meetings you record and the notes generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process your recording solely to provide the service — that is, to generate and store your notes — after which the audio is deleted. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
3. Record responsibly
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you when recording conversations, including obtaining the consent of other participants where required. Only record meetings you are allowed to record.
4. Subscription, billing and refunds
Recall is free to start and includes a limited number of AI-generated notes. Continued or higher usage may require a paid, auto-renewing subscription (“Recall Pro”). The current price and what is included are always shown in the app before you pay. Payments are collected by Razorpay Software Private Limited; by subscribing you authorise Razorpay to charge the renewal amount on each billing date. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. 5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, upload unlawful content, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. The app is provided “as is”
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated notes may contain errors; please review them before relying on them. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustling Madrasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
