Recall is free to start. This page explains the free tier, the optional paid subscription, and how cancellations and refunds work. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Free to start
Every new account can create 5 AI-generated meeting notes for free, so you can try Recall properly before paying anything. No card required to start.
Recall Pro (subscription)
To keep making notes beyond the free allowance, subscribe to Recall Pro — unlimited meeting notes, with the same auto-delete-audio privacy. Choose the plan that suits you:
- Monthly — ₹399 per month.
- Quarterly — ₹999 every 3 months (₹333/month · save 16%).
- Annual — ₹2,999 per year (₹250/month · save 37%).
All plans are auto-renewing subscriptions in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes. The exact price and what is included are always shown in the app before you confirm — you are never charged without seeing the price first.
Billing
Payments are collected securely by our payment provider, Razorpay Software Private Limited. By subscribing you authorise Razorpay to charge the subscription amount to your selected payment method (for example a UPI AutoPay mandate) on each billing date. We never see or store your full payment credentials.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If billed through a UPI AutoPay mandate, you can also cancel by removing or pausing the mandate in your UPI app (under “AutoPay”, “Mandates” or “Subscriptions”). You can always email hustlingmadrasi@gmail.com and we will help. Once cancelled, the subscription simply stops renewing.
Refunds
Except where a refund is required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, or something went wrong with a payment, email hustlingmadrasi@gmail.com and we will look into it and make it right.
Price changes
We may change the price or what is included. We will give reasonable advance notice, and a new price only applies to billing periods after the change — never retroactively.
