Water Reminder is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. This page explains exactly what you pay, when, and how cancellations and refunds work. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Free trial
Your subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. To begin the trial we charge a refundable ₹5 to verify your payment method — this amount is refunded back to you promptly (the time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider). You are not charged the full price during the trial.
Price after the trial
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at ₹249 per month, and then once every month thereafter, until you cancel. You will always be charged the same ₹249 per month unless we notify you of a change in advance.
Billing
Payments are collected securely by our payment provider, Razorpay Software Private Limited. By starting the subscription you authorise Razorpay to charge the renewal amount to your selected payment method (for example your UPI AutoPay mandate) on each billing date. We never see or store your full payment credentials.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Because the subscription is billed through a UPI AutoPay mandate, you cancel by removing or pausing the mandate in your UPI app (usually under “AutoPay”, “Mandates” or “Subscriptions” — for example in Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm). You can also email us at hustlingmadrasi@gmail.com and we will help. Once cancelled, the subscription simply stops renewing — no further amount is charged.
Refunds
The ₹5 trial verification charge is refunded to you as described above. Beyond that, except where a refund is required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and partial months are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, or something went wrong with a payment, email hustlingmadrasi@gmail.com and we will look into it and make it right.
Price changes
We may change the subscription price or what is included. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change, and a new price will only apply to billing periods after the change — never retroactively.
